Throughout his career, Cayce has led, served for, and advised global organizations across supply chain and operations, online consumer retail/marketplace commerce, technology development, and B2B software/supply chain services. Before Standvast, Cayce served as President, COO, Board Member, and Advisor of multiple supply chain and fulfillment platforms and models, including Amazon, Liquidity Services, and TNT Post. At Amazon, Cayce led numerous parts of the operations, fulfillment, technology, and transportation teams that helped move Amazon from the retail distribution supply chain to an e-commerce fulfillment supply chain. During his time at Amazon, Cayce led the re-engineering of the Last Mile network, revamping of the company's Fulfillment operations, supported or led innovations such as Amazon's e-commerce fulfillment/Prime/FBA/Seller Central, and led Amazon Merchant/Marketplace services at the time it catapulted to the premier marketplace in the world. Before Amazon, Cayce was instrumental in in turnaround efforts at Liquidity Services and TNT Post. More recently, Cayce created Standvast's new healthcare supply chain model, moving away from the hospital distribution.
John is a founder and has supported Standvast from the start. Before Standvast, John served as Director of Supply Chain and Engineering for Zulily, an e-commerce apparel-focused retailer. At Zulily, John was responsible for supply chain planning, network design, warehouse design, and operational integration &excellence. Before Zulily, John held several fulfillment and supply chain roles at Urban Outfitters and Amazon. John is a former Marine Corps officer.
Tim is also a founder and Standvast, and throughout his career, he has held numerous leadership positions across industries, including retail, technology, hospitality, automotive, and finance. He was Vice-President of Client Services at Liquidity Services, a reverse supply chain innovator, responsible for the divisional profit, new business pricing, channel strategy, account management, and client consulting. Liquidity services, Tim led supply chain design and systems development at Ford and IBM. He also led Google's innovative technical developments in print digitization processes spanning eight sites across six countries. Tim holds a Master of Engineering in Logistics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Math and Computer Science from Emory University.
Matt Even has been our Chief Financial Officer since June 2023 and leads our Finance, Accounting, and People teams. Prior to Standvast, he had 20 years of financial and operations leadership experience at leading e-commerce and logistics companies, including Amazon, UPS, Wayfair, Rent the Runway, Chewy, and Trove Recommerce. Matt holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and an M.B.A. from Portland State University and lives in the greater Boston area.
James No, a Silicon Valley executive with over 25 years of experience, is an expert in scaling startups in the online retail and technology sectors, specializing in E-commerce, Software AI, and ML. His proficiency in developing scalable go-to-market strategies and robust revenue pipelines has been pivotal for startup growth. In various leadership roles, James has significantly expanded customer bases and enhanced sales margins through innovative approaches and the adoption of advanced tools. He is adept at repositioning business strategies, leading to substantial growth in revenue and customer acquisition. Recognized for his effective stakeholder relations, strategic negotiations, and team-building skills, James is a contributing force in the ever-evolving landscape of technology and business.
Eric Robertson is a product marketing leader with a foundation in supply chain technology and experience-based retail in the US and China. Having managed teams across product development, sales, and marketing, Eric has led development cycles, enterprise partnerships, and creative direction for category-leading enterprises. Before joining Standvast, he led marketing for Trove, a pioneer in branded resale using reverse logistics technology and machine learning to power circular shopping for world-class brands and retailers. Previously, he led marketing at London-based Everledger, a private blockchain network using AI and IoT to increase transparency in retail supply chains. He lives in Seattle, Washington.
Before Standvast, Lisa was a supply chain consultant who partnered with companies to support the development of optimal process designs using lean improvement methodologies. Before consulting, Lisa worked at Zulily.com as the Director of Operational Excellence from 2013 to December 2015 and at Liquidity Services, Inc., as the Director of Operational Excellence from 2010 to 2013. In these roles, Lisa created a culture that empowered teams at all levels to drive strategic operational improvements.
During her time at Amazon.com from 1999 to 2010, Lisa demonstrated her leadership prowess by overseeing international technical support teams in the US, India, Ireland, and Germany. She also served as a General Manager for Amazon.com’s fulfillment center network, further solidifying her global experience and managerial skills.
Ken Suzuki is VP of Technology at Standvast, a leading product, software engineering, and technical services. Ken brings over two decades of engineering experience to his role. Before joining Standvast in 2022, Ken held engineering leadership positions at GameStop and Zulily/QVC, where he led supply chain technology teams during periods of rapid growth and network expansion. Ken is a University of Washington graduate living in Seattle, Washington.
Derek is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over ten years of experience in the lower middle market Private Equity sector. His career began at PwC, where he earned his Chartered Accountant designation. He then moved to New York, where he spent five years at A&M Consulting and A&M Capital Opportunities, a Private Equity fund affiliated with A&M Consulting. During his time there, Derek specialized in M&A and investing in manufacturing and distribution companies. Recently, he transitioned into finance operations, taking on various finance and accounting roles at a mattress distribution company, where he played a key role in executing initiatives for both the fund and the board of directors.
Tammy Cleland assumed the role of Controller at Standvast in December 2023, where she oversees both the Accounting and Finance teams. With three decades of accounting expertise, her last decade has been dedicated to the intricacies of the transportation industry. Holding an M.B.A. focused on accounting, Tammy thrives on driving success through ongoing process enhancements.
With a distinguished career in sales in the logistics industry, Carolyn brings over a decade of expertise from her tenure at leading fulfillment providers, including her pivotal role at Rakuten Super Logistics. Her expertise in sales leadership, business development, and fostering client relationships has consistently elevated the performance of her previous companies. Before joining Standvast, Carolyn was instrumental in developing and executing innovative sales strategies and training programs that significantly enhanced team performance and customer satisfaction. At Standvast, she's set to drive our sales division forward, leveraging her deep industry knowledge and commitment to excellence.
Rich is a seasoned executive with a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois. With a supply chain, sales leadership, and team-building background, he brings a wealth of expertise to Standvast. Rich has a proven track record in driving revenue growth, particularly within the 3PL space. Notably, he served as the first VP of Sales at ShipBob, where he scaled the company from 0 to $20 million in ARR in under two years. His ability to understand and leverage key business drivers has been instrumental in building successful, revenue-generating teams.
"Sam McMillan is one of our client success managers here at Standvast. Over the past ten years, he has held various roles in the supply chain and logistics industry, most recently as a member of The Home Depot's online delivery team, working to improve the delivery experience for e-commerce users.
Sam has also held multiple sales and operations leadership roles while working in the 3PL industry. He manages internal and external relationships and holds teams accountable for delivering an excellent customer experience. He is relationship-driven and focuses on continuous improvement toward a solution.
Sam graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Business Administration—Operations and Supply Chain Management. He has lived in Chicago, Chattanooga, and Knoxville. He currently resides in Georgia."
As Sr. Director of Supply Chain, Cathrine builds out Standvast's data science and analytics functions. Catherine brings 25 years of experience in product management, data science, operations, and pricing, as well as experience at both early-stage hyper-growth companies and established corporations. At Amazon, she led pricing strategy for FBA and Marketplace international expansion and led Amazon's foray into the $30B home appliances market. At Standvast, she joins former Zulily colleagues to build out best-in-class technology and fulfillment operations.
Over his career, Chris served as an operations leader for multiple dynamic fast-paced companies. Chris has a proven record building successful teams by developing and implementing standardized operational and developmental strategies. Prior to Standvast, Chris served as Flow Manager for Chewy, an e-commerce fulfillment company. At Chewy, Chris directed workflow of the outbound department, breaking down, identifying root cause, and solving complex problems with unique solutions for the benefit of the customers. Before Chewy, Chris served as Operations Manager of a 1.5 million square foot Target Distribution Center. Preceding Target, Chris was a Senior Operation Manager at Michaels, where he oversaw inbound and outbound operations.
Derrick is an experienced leader who brings a wealth of retail knowledge to the Standvast team. As a product of three Top Retailers in the US (Amazon, Walmart, and Kroger), he brings 18 years of experience in Facility management, E-commerce, and Superior Customer Service. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Derrick attended college at Miami University, where he majored in Political Science. Over his career, Derrick has been responsible for launching retail stores and e-commerce facilities, where he played key roles in developing scalable processes that deliver to our KPIs. Derrick has a passion for solving problems through innovative techniques and brings that passion to his role at Standvast.
Marc Dellisanti is the Director of Technical Operations at Standvast, leading Infrastructure services, cloud engineering and technical Marc Dellisanti is the Director of Technical Operations at Standvast, leading Infrastructure services, cloud engineering and technical support. Marc brings 25 years of experience to his role. Prior to joining Standvast, Marc led Technical Operations at Gamestop, Zulily and Cisco. Marc graduated from Stonehill College, he and his family live in Snoqualmie, Washington.
Mike West is a Principal Engineer at Standvast. Before joining Standvast, Michael worked as a Principal Engineer with companies such as Starbucks, Zignal Labs, and multiple start-ups performing architecture, design, development, and administration in hybrid cloud environments focusing on data analytics and integration. A functional expert in health care, supply chain, finance, marketing, and retail, Mike holds degrees in Mathematics and Philosophy for symbolic and verbal problem statements and solutions. Michael lives in Eugene, Oregon, and enjoys history and chess.

Wes Arens is a former Amazon executive and strategic advisor to Standvast leading business development. Mr Arens has over 30 years experience in industry and supply chain as a senior operator and management consultant. Most recently, Mr Arens was Managing Director at the global performance improvement firm Alvarez & Marsal. Prior to A&M he was Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Amazon. Prior to Amazon Mr Arens led a supply chain business that provided B2B internet-based collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment solutions to both retailers and consumer packaged goods companies. Wes started his career at IBM within their retail industry group. He held various sales and technical management roles including Northeast business unit executive and leader of IBM's overall global B2B marketplace initiatives.
As our Human Resources Manager, Gloria draws on extensive experience collaborating with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Her ability to serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management has been essential in a fast-paced logistics environment like Standvast. Gloria has a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications from Stevenson University and has been recognized for outstanding leadership in her career before joining Standvast.
