Since switching to Standvast, Resident Home has been able to streamline its operations and achieve its goal of processing orders and shipping them to customers in under 24 hours. Previously, Resident Home faced challenges in dealing with a wide variety of products, including large items like king-size mattresses and bed frames exceeding 60-70 pounds. Container flow, facility storage, and navigating the parcel shipping network, particularly with UPS and FedEx, posed difficulties. However, our high inbound capacity, surpassing that of other providers, allows us to handle four to five fully-loaded containers daily.
